ABOUT
ROMILEE CHAIN: YOUR "ROCK SOLID" REALTOR FOR
LIFE
When I began in real estate,
I was trained to do business the traditional transactional way most Real Estate
Companies operate. This was the opposite of the way I had always done
business. I began to question my decision to continue in the real estate
profession. Then I realized that by incorporating my way of doing
business, working to build lifelong "Rock Solid" relationships with my
clients, I should not be a Real Estate salesperson, but a Real
Estate Consultant and Advisor.
My main objective is to help my clients
obtain financial security through Real Estate Investing. This means that I
devote the majority of my professional time educating my clients about Real
Estate, focusing on their needs, and working with their referrals, their
friends, family and co-workers.
Your satisfaction and subsequent
referrals are the basis for my future business. I value you and promise
that you and anyone you refer to me will receive a level of service, trust and
dedication that is not delivered anywhere else.
"My career goal is to
maintain clients for life, not just for a single transaction."

Remodeling and Renovations >Remodel Or Move
Your family has outgrown your home but you have roots in the community that make it difficult to leave. Is remodeling the solution?
Get professional advice before you jump into a major renovation project. Decide what changes you want to make, and get bids from several contractors. When you have an estimate on the cost of the project, talk to your real estate agent to determine if these changes will be cost-effective. Over-improving your home may make it difficult to get your money back if you sell it soon.
It is a good idea to talk with friends who have remodeled to get a realistic picture about working with contractors and to determine how disruptive the project will be to your family life. Remodeling a home is a major undertaking, so be sure that it is the best solution for you.
